Sunday WorshipHere at Ayr St. Columba - everyone matters. The Family Service at 9.30 am is tailored for all age family worship. Sunday School and Bible Class which meets at 10.00am every Sunday, currently provides a fun, learning and reflecting environment for over 100 children and young people. Sunday School Bible Class - for young adults of Secondary school age - this is the place to explore the relevance of scripture in your life in the 21st century. A place to be challenged; a place to debate .... your space to express your opinions. Projects this year have included the participating in and production of a DVD aimed at discovering what really matters; can business be successful and ethical .... and much more! The Morning Worship Service at 11.15am is a traditional worship service of approximately one hour in which the congregation meet to engage with God through preaching, biblical text, prayer and music. Praise is led by the Organ and Choir Our Youth Group meets at 6.30pm - whether the attraction is the Pizza and Irn Bru, the Praise Band experience or the fun and fellowship - no one questions, but this is another initiative where all young people are welcome. Come with questions, come out of curiosity or just to meet new people. The Evening Service at 6.30pm is held on the first Sunday of the month from September to May. This is a relaxed service with a mixture of traditional and more modern music from the BBC hymnary - a service of reflection at the close of the day. Duties are generally carried out by the youth organisations.
